Bill O’Leary, Coordinator of Guidance Services Mr. Bill O'Leary is the school counselor for grades 9, 11 and 12. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, as well as Political Science from Virginia Tech. He holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from SUNY Oneonta. He has been a school counselor for the past 13 years and joined the LaFayette counseling staff four years ago. He looks forward to helping the LaFayette students reach their individual goals. |
![]() Danielle N. Rourke, Native American Liason/School Counselor This is my fifth year at LaFayette Jr. Sr. High School. I serve as a Native American Liaison between the Onondaga Nation and LaFayette High School. My education as a School Counselor brought me to the Onondaga Nation, which has proven to be a positive growing experience. I look forward to serving the Native population and continued success at every level. |
![]() Michelle Storie earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Syracuse University in 2001. She has worked as a school psychologist for the past eight years, first in the Syracuse City School District before coming to LaFayette. Dr. Storie is also the Director of the Syracuse University Children's Psychoeducational Clinic and Supervisor of the Syracuse University Adult Psychoeducational Clinic. Dr. Storie is an adjunct instructor at Syracuse University as well, and teaches graduate courses on learning disabilities and psychoeducational assessment. |
![]() Jessica Kukuvka is originally from Rochester, NY but has recently moved to the Syracuse area to complete her internship here at LaFayette Schools. Jessica attended SUNY Fredonia where she earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2005. She has spent the last two years attending Alfred University, graduating with her Masters degree in School Psychology in May 2008. This year, Jessica is working at the Onondaga Nation School three days a week and the LaFayette Jr/Sr High School two days a week. |
![]() Mrs. Cool starts her first year at LaFayette Junior Senior High School as the counselor for 7th, 8th and 10th grade students. Mrs. Cool earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Canisius College in 2002 and completed her Masters of Science degree in School Counseling from Syracuse University in 2007. Mrs. Cool looks forward to building relationships with students, parents, and the LaFayette community. |
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Le Moyne Collegevin 2005. She will graduate from SUNY Oswego in May of 2009 with a Masters of Science/Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology. Ms. Gauthier works at the Junior/Senior High School on Mondays and Fridays and at Grimshaw onvTuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. She is looking forward to working with thevstudents and staff in the LaFayette District throughout the year! |
